About this Training

This training is for practitioners seeking to improve their skills in preparing reports, statements and letters for clients for migration law matters. There are a number of areas that migration law intersects with allied health practice. You client may request a report in relation to their application for a visa that addresses the impact a particular visa refusal will have on them. You may be requested to provide evidence for a family violence claim and considering whether there is any risk and liability in preparing such a report. Your client may be detained and seeking a report about their character.
