This training explores key terms that practitioners might wish to consider in their client agreement. It is an art to craft a suitable client agreement that’s fit for purpose and protects your practice taking into account an array of different client circumstances and the attendant risks.
This is an advanced training that takes time to explore the legal principles behind the various terms. Its purpose is to improve practitioner understanding in respect to the legal mechanisms behind some of the more complex terms to be found in client agreements.
