Simon is a generalist lawyer who advises and represents clients in relation to employment matters, business structuring, commercial law, liability, review of government and regulator actions.
Simon received his Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, and his Master of Laws (with honours) from Australia National University with a focus on administrative and regulatory law.
Simon has a background in litigation and corporate restructuring and frequently consults with start-ups and small businesses seeking to build compliant practices.
Simon has extensive experience in training and teaching, holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and having previously managed a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Simon has spent the last ten years as director of an events management company. He has a passion to see the Allied Health Sector equipped with quality, relevant and timely CPD.
